Hotel Sabrina Limited recently concluded its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM was held at Hotel Sabrina, Budhanilkantha, under the chairmanship of Nirajan Thapa.
During the meeting, the proposal to issue an IPO to the general public was approved. According to Chairman Thapa, the company’s authorized capital is NPR 900 million, its issued capital is NPR 530 million, and its paid-up capital stands at NPR 356.5 million. The company plans to issue a minimum of 1.5 million shares worth NPR 150 million to the public and has already appointed NMB Capital as the issue manager.
Chairman Thapa stated that the company would soon apply to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for IPO approval .
Hotel Sabrina is located in Budhanilkantha-6, Ganesh Chowk, Kathmandu. The hotel has planned to expand its capacity and upgrade to a five-star standard. Additionally, the company aims to settle some existing loans, for which it is planning the IPO.
Currently, the hotel operates with 60 rooms, including apartments, and plans to add more rooms in the near future. Within three years of operation, Hotel Sabrina was honored with the title of Nepal’s Best Hotel in 2021 by the Hotel Critics & Bloggers Association and Hotels.com.
The hotel’s management is currently handled under the “Regenta Place” brand of Royal Orchid Hotels.
