Hathway Investment Nepal Limited has announced a dividend. The company’s board meeting held on September 13, 2023, proposed a dividend distribution from the profits of the fiscal year 2080/81.
According to the proposal, the company plans to distribute a total dividend of 10.526% from the profits of the fiscal year 2080/81. This includes 10% in bonus shares based on the company’s current paid-up capital and a 0.526% cash dividend for tax purposes.
The company’s current paid-up capital is NPR 1.287 billion. The dividend will be distributed to investors once approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company had also distributed a total of 10.526% dividend from the profits of the previous fiscal year 2079/80, which included 10% bonus shares and 0.526% cash dividend for tax purposes.
